Elise Lalor is the Co-Founder of The Monkey Tail Ranch. Elise began working in special education after graduating from Sonoma State University She has worked at the Morgan Autism Center, Bay Area Easter Seals, and the YMCA. Elise began her own business, K9Training Concepts in 2006. During this time, Elise was contracted by other Service Dog organizations to train their dogs. After seeing success with her service dogs, Elise Co-founded GoodDog! Autism companions in March 2011. In 2013 Elise Co-founded The Monkey Tail Ranch with a broader vision of animal assisted learning.
Elise has certified three Search and Rescue Dogs. Elise is also an avid equestrian and has bred, raised and trained horses that reside at the Monkey Tail Ranch.

Tim Houweling is the Co-Founder of The Monkey Tail Ranch. Tim joined K9 Training Concepts in May 2008. He created the original vision and business plan for Good Dog! Autism Companions when he Co-Founded it in March 2011. In 2013, Tim Co-Founded The Monkey Tail Ranch with a vision of better serving families through a broader service offering and more personal service.
Prior to joining K9 Training Concepts, Tim was a certified public accountant and a Director with a global investment bank.
Tim is also a Firefighter/Paramedic, and has certified two Search & Rescue dogs.
