Adelheid Ebenhoech, MD, began riding at age ten. By twelve, she’d earned enough money teaching piano and cleaning houses to buy her first horse. Since that day, she’s studied horses, ridden, trained and shown to second level, and honed her dressage and horsemanship skills.

Along the way, Adelheid acquired a doctorate from Michigan State University. She’s practiced Family Medicine in Salinas since 1998, specializing in Holistic Health and Integrative Holistic medicine. With Healing At The Barn, Adelheid is realizing her vision of combining her medical expertise and her experience with horses as healers. The goal is to promote health, well-being, and happiness for humans and horses.
