Iga Opanowicz joined the Monkey Tail Board of Directors in 2023, but she has been involved in various ranch operations since 2013.

Iga is a Product Operations Manager at Guardant Health, a precision oncology company in Palo Alto. Before joining Guardant Health, Iga worked as an HR Manager for Tecan Genomics and NuGEN Technologies, laboratory instruments and genomic tools companies. Before starting her career in Biotech in 2013, Iga worked in the equine and canine industry.

Iga is currently pursuing her MBA at Santa Clara University. She is also involved in many communities in the Bay Area with a focus on mental health, such as sharing circles, mindful dance and movement, and singing.
